Ui "Will" Kyung Kim, 42, was speeding down the Blue Ridge Parkway on June 18 when he lost control of his bike and veered off the two-lane road, Roanoke.com said citing the National Park Service.

GoFundMe launched for his wife and kids had raised more than $65,000 as of July 5.

"Will was many things to many people but above all else he was a devoted husband and exceptional father for his beloved family," the page reads.

"In support of Ellyn, Vale (3), and Alice (1) who will have unimaginable challenges ahead, friends have set up this site to provide some form of financial assistance which can help Ellyn and the kids through their life changing transition and hopefully assist with future expenses."

Services were held July 2. Click here to donate.
